The present invention relates to an organic light emitting device. The organic light emitting device comprises an anode; a cathode; a light emitting layer formed between the anode and the cathode; an organic layer including a compound represented by chemical formula 1, and formed between the cathode and the light emitting layer; and an organic layer including a compound represented by chemical formula 2, and formed between the anode and the light emitting layer. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the organic light emitting device having high light emitting efficiency.
