PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic wave shield sheet which has sufficient electromagnetic wave shielding property, flexibility with strong intensity, and excellent dimensional stability, suppresses swelling and warpage during high temperature heating, and has high heat resistance.SOLUTION: Disclosed is an electromagnetic wave shield sheet which includes a surface-treated fiber film and a conductive layer. In this electromagnetic wave shield sheet, a value of the commonly used flexural rigidity measured by a method described in JIS R 3420 is three to one hundred times with reference to the value of the commonly used flexural rigidity of an untreated glass fiber film, the a conductive layer is made of a metallic mesh like material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
