PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a configuration of a virtual network and visibility of failure information in a large-scale carrier network.SOLUTION: When an operation part 244 receives the input of time from an input device 320, a screen display device 200 refers to a device information storage part 211 to acquire coordinate information on a device on a physical network corresponding to the selected time, information on the connection between devices on a virtual network and physical network, and accommodation related information on the device on the virtual network and the device on the physical network.
