PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic transmission which can suppress the occurrence of a fault such as a blowhole at a transmission case while improving the work reliability of a parking lock mechanism.SOLUTION: A thick wall part 92a which bulges toward a manual shaft side is formed at a region which constitutes a part of an opening part 94 out of a second bulkhead 92, the thick wall part 92a is extended to the inside of an axial line direction of a manual shaft, and a first hole part 92b in which a parking rod and a coil spring being transmission members pass is formed at the thick wall part 92a. Furthermore, a second hole part 92c in which a detent spring passes is formed at the thick wall part 92a. A counter shaft is arranged at an obliquely-lower part of an output shaft, and the second bulkhead 92 has an output shaft hole part 92d which the output shaft penetrates, and a counter shaft hole part 92e which the counter shaft penetrates.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11 |
