PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing with a seal which inserts the seal into an outer ring in which a pair of flange parts are formed without narrowing a seal outside diameter, can reduce a bearing manufacturing cost, and can improve a bearing assembling property.SOLUTION: A pair of flange parts 22 extending to the inside in a radial direction are formed at both end parts of a cylinder part 21 of an outer ring 20 in an axial direction, a seal 30 has a seal base part 31 which is formed along the axial direction, and an outside seal lip 32 which extends to the outside in the radiation direction and the outside in the axial direction from an outside end part of the seal base part 31 in the axial direction. An outside diameter &phgr;A of the seal base part 31 is set smaller than inside diameters &phgr;B of the flange parts 22, an outside diameter &phgr;C of the outside seal lip 32 is set smaller than an inside diameter &phgr;D of a raceway surface 21a, and the outside seal lip 32 contacts with the flange parts 22 when bearing inside pressure is raised.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
