WARMING-UP ASSIST MECHANISM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warming-up assist mechanism capable of efficiently warming-up an internal combustion engine by a simple configuration without reducing a heat exchanging efficiency of an air conditioner even if the warming-up of the internal combustion engine is being carried out when its starting under cold state is operated.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a warming-up assist mechanism operated when a vehicle having an internal combustion engine installed therein is started to operate under its cold state. This mechanism comprises: a heating part including a feeding inlet for feeding fuel supplied to the internal combustion engine and a discharging outlet for discharging the fuel; exothermic agent stored at the heating part; and backflow prevention means attached to the feeding inlet and the discharging outlet. The heating part is installed adjacent to at least one location of the internal combustion engine, a cooling liquid feeding pipe and an air conditioning duct.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
