PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a semaphorin inhibitory agent; an in-the-peripheral or central neuron-regeneration accelerating agent containing as an active ingredient the semaphorin inhibitory agent; and a prophylactic or therapeutic agent and the like for neurological diseases associated with neuronal degeneration such as spinal cord injury, containing the neuron-regeneration accelerating agent.SOLUTION: There is provided a compound or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof represented by the formula (1).
