PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noise effectively while suppressing deterioration in a sound absorption effect due to dispersion of a lubrication oil in a sheave.SOLUTION: An elevator device which includes a drive motor and a hoist and which elevates/lowers a car via a main rope wound around a sheave includes: a sheave cover which surrounds an outer peripheral part of the sheave while forming a space part on the outer peripheral part of the sheave; a motor side end part sound absorption cover which surrounds an outer peripheral part of a motor side bearing base while forming a motor side space part continuing to the space part on the motor side bearing base side of the sheave cover; and a brake side end part sound absorption cover which surrounds an outer peripheral part of the motor side bearing base while forming a brake side space part continuing to the space part on the brake side bearing base side of the sheave cover. A sound absorption material is arranged on the inner surface side of the motor side end part sound absorption cover and the brake side end part sound absorption cover, and the sound absorption material is not arranged on the inner surface side of the sheave cover.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
