PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing sparerib products that enables meat to be easily peeled off from the bone.SOLUTION: A raw bone-in plate is filled in a heat-resistant bag and is subjected to retort sterilization after having sealed up it. Preferably, the retort sterilization may be performed in a temperature range of 100°C or more, and more preferably, may be performed in a temperature range of 110°C or more and 120°C or less. After the retort sterilization, the bone-in plate is burned by an oven, a frying pan or direct-fire, and then the sparerib finished-products in which meat is easily peeled off from the bone can be prepared. In accordance with the invention, the production of the sparerib that is easily eaten more than before is made possible.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
