PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superconducting rotary machine which is capable of improving a heat insulation property although thermal shrinkage can be absorbed by including a sliding part, and is also capable of improving wear resistance of the sliding part.SOLUTION: A sliding face that is positioned closer to one side in an axial direction than a center position of a rotary shaft 1 in the axial direction is supported by a slid face of a supply shaft 2 so as to be slidable in the axial direction. A portion that is positioned closer to another side in the axial direction than the center position of the rotary shaft 1 in the axial direction is fixed to an output shaft 3. The sliding face is positioned on a surface of a hard coating 51, and the hard coating 51 is positioned so as to cover a part of a substrate 50 formed from GFRP. The slid face is positioned on a surface of a hard coating 56, and the hard coating 56 is positioned so as to cover a part of a substrate 55 formed from GFRP.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
