PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acrylic resin film having high adhesive force with a polarizing film, and hardly causing problems caused by unevenness when forming a functional layer, to provide a polarizing plate, and to provide a method for producing the acrylic resin film.SOLUTION: The sheet-shaped acrylic resin film 25 comprises an acrylic resin composition obtained by compounding rubber elastomer particles in an acrylic resin, and has a smooth surface 25a as one surface in the sheet shape, and a rough surface 25b as the surface at the opposite side of the smooth surface 25a. The rough surface 25b side has the high adhesive strength with the polarizing film 21 by an anchor effect caused by the unevenness because the surface area of the rubber elastomer particles protruded from the film surface is larger than the smooth surface 25a. On the other hand, the smooth surface 25a side hardly causes the problems caused by the uneven shape when forming the functional layer 26 because the surface area of the rubber elastomer particles protruded from the film surface is smaller than the smooth surface 25a. |
