<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control oxidation of a surface of metal in an oxidizing gas at near-atmospheric pressure. <P>SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a metal coated with an antioxidizing film, causes a thiol group-containing hydrocarbon compound to adsorb on the surface of a metal selected from the group of Al, Fe, Ag, Cu and an alloy containing them as the main components to form a thin film formed of the thiol group-containing hydrocarbon compound on the surface of the metal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
