METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR SCHEDULING BASED ON QOE

Provided are a scheduling method and a scheduling apparatus for a wireless network with consideration for user quality of experience (QoE). The scheduling method comprises the following steps of: acquiring application information on a service executed on a terminal included in the wireless network; modeling a mean opinion score (MOS) based on the application information; and scheduling wireless network resources for the terminal based on the MOS model. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a QoE-based scheduling method and apparatus to satisfy the user QoE for various mobile devices and internet services.
