PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method that can promote a relaxation state in relaxing muscle tension during relaxation, and to provide a tape suitable for use in this method.SOLUTION: A skin extension tape comprises: a first seat part comprising a non-stretchable sheet with adhesives applied to a back side; and a second sheet part comprising a stretchable belt-shaped sheet with a first sheet part fixed to the back side of one end and having adhesives applied to the back side, the second sheet part in which a length is formed more than two times of the length in the length direction of the first sheet part. Then, as a relaxation method, the first sheet part of the skin extension tape is stuck on tense muscles, and the second sheet part is stuck on the skin after extending it in the direction of relaxing the muscle tension.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
