PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide gelatinous foods and drinks that have excellent shape retention properties and can be dissolved by heat treatment, which cannot be achieved in the conventional art.SOLUTION: Gelatinous foods and drinks are prepared to satisfy the following conditions that: (a) the gelatinous foods and drinks comprise xanthan gum and locust bean gum, with the total amount of both being 0.1 mass% or more and (b) a solid content is 20 mass% or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
