PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology which is advantageous in suppressing reduction in the intensity of scintillation light in a boundary part of scintillator members and making the intensity of scintillation light uniform.SOLUTION: A radiation imaging apparatus includes: a plurality of sensor units which are arrayed on the base and each of which includes a substrate and a plurality of sensors arrayed on the substrate; and a plurality of scintillator members which are arrayed on the plurality of sensor units so as to cover the plurality of sensors. Two scintillator members adjacent to each other out of the plurality of scintillator members have inclined planes which are formed over one or more sensors and parallel to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
