PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distortion measurement device easily performing a distortion measurement without damaging the surface of a plate even when a plate width or a meandering amount changes and quickly and highly accurately performing positioning of a vibration sensor.SOLUTION: A distortion measurement device 1 includes: a non-contact type vibration sensor 35 for measuring an amplitude of the vibration of a plate 3; and a non-contact type edge sensor 37 for detecting an edge 3e of the plate 3. The distortion measurement device 1 further includes: a meander tracking mechanism for making a plurality of vibration sensors 35 move in parallel to a plate width direction X; a plate width tracking mechanism for changing the intervals in the plate width direction X of the plurality of vibration sensors 35; and a control device 60. The control device 60 controls the operations of the meander tracking mechanism and the plate width tracking mechanism according to a meander amount (V) of the plate 3 and a plate width using a detection result of the edge sensor 37.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
