PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a side airbag device which can be easily assembled and can stabilize an expansion direction of an airbag.SOLUTION: A side airbag device S provided between a vehicle body 2 and a rear seat 1 is equipped with: a base storage part 24 for storing an airbag 10 and an inflator 11; a skin material 60 which covers the base storage part 24 from the front side of the vehicle body; and a webbing 70 of which one end 71 is attached to the skin material 60 and the other end 72 is inserted into an insertion hole 29 provided on a circumference of the base storage part 24, and is engaged with a webbing engaging groove 27, and which guides an expansion direction of the airbag 10. The other end 72 of the webbing 70 is provided with an engagement member 73 squeezed into the webbing engaging groove 27, and a webbing extension part 74 which further extends from the position of the other end 72 with respect to the engagement member 73.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
