PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress that an advantageous lottery result is obtained illegally.SOLUTION: Value of a second random number updated in a previous second random number update processing and a prescribed value are calculated for the number of calculation to update the value of second random number. Moreover, since it is possible to change the number of calculation in updating value of a second random number, it is possible to make the value of second random number more complicated. Thus, it is possible to suppress that value of the second random number is illegally acquired and to suppress that an advantageous lottery result is obtained in winning information lottery.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
