PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a settlement processing system capable of ensuring the security such as authentication information even when a secure part and a non-secure part are mixedly included by monitoring the call order of API which is used when executing of an application to prevent a processing a questionable transaction etc.SOLUTION: A settlement terminal apparatus 100 has plural APIs 151-155 each of which has a function respectively and is called out accompanying an execution of a settlement application 161. A monitor statistic section 140 monitors the API call procedure which is used accompanying the execution of the settlement application 161. A statistic storage section 60 accumulates history of the API call procedure. The determination section 145 determines the validity of the API call procedure monitored by the monitor statistic section 140 based on the API call procedure accumulated in the statistic storage section 60.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
