PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that is caused by a current continuation of worrying about repulse of starlings, by utilizing the found knowledge and repulsing and sending away the starlings.SOLUTION: Starling repellent tools are provided which are attachably formed to trees, are combined with starling repellents, and includes power supply means and light irradiation means, and also light projection using a projector is prepared. In response to the form state of trees and artificial buildings in the region, the irradiation light of the starling repellent tools is continuously applied to the region after forming roosts by the starlings from evening to the next day, and the light projection of the projector applies light irradiation toward the artificial buildings. This is performed by the configuration of combining the continued light projection time zone.
