<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily styling cosmetic that sets the hair without hardening, firmly sets even soft hair and thin hair, has a light finish and maintains a made style for a long time while exerting basic performance of wax such as firm hair bundle feeling and easy adjustment. <P>SOLUTION: The oily styling cosmetic includes (A) at least two kinds of oils that are solid or paste state at 25°C, (B) an oil gelling agent, (C) a resin and (D) inorganic powder. In the two kinds of (A) the oils, one or more are (a) vegetable oils and fats and/or vaseline, the other one or more kinds are (b) waxes and the mass ratio [(a):(b)] is 1:0.1-1:1.5.
