The present invention relates to a touch device, a touch pen, and a touch panel. More specifically, the present invention relates to a touch device which comprises: a touch pen including a conductive tip, and generating an electric field between the touch panel and the touch pen; and the touch panel for detecting a touch input by sensing the electric field generated by a control of the touch pen.
