There is provided a mobile communication device for communication with or monitoring of remote items. The device comprises a unit having paging means, two-way telephone, GPS means and display means and is adapted for attachment to pets, children and adults. The device may also include camera means. The device of the invention has applications for use with pets, property, children or other persons requiring monitoring. |
