PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a consultation information collection system and method that can easily collect information on consultation contents related to the business of financial institutions even from an inexperienced staff, and can mange the information collectively.SOLUTION: A consultation information collection system comprises: information terminals 3A, 3B capable of transmitting information via a communication line 2; a server 4 capable of receiving the information transmitted by the information terminals via the communication line; and a counting terminal 5 capable of connecting to the server via the communication line. A control unit has: a function that has a display unit display a list of consultation contents related to the business of financial institutions from a person asking advice and enables an operator to select any consultation contents from the list by input means and to input the consultation contents; and a function that transmits an ID and the input consultation contents as the information from the communication unit to the server when the ID allocated to the operator is input by the input means. The server has at least one of a function that transmits the received information to the counting terminal and a function that enables viewing from the counting terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
