PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch sensor-integrated type display device that reduces the number of pieces of touch routing wiring, and can increase touch sensitivity.SOLUTION: A touch sensor-integrated display device has: a plurality of gate lines and a plurality of data lines; a plurality of pixel electrodes; a plurality of touch electrodes that is arrayed along a row direction and column direction so as to overlap at least one pixel electrode; first touch routing wiring that runs in a first direction serving as one of the row direction and column direction, and commonly connects two or more touch electrodes arranged in the first direction; second touch routing wiring that runs in a second direction serving as the other of the row direction and column direction, and commonly connects two or more touch electrodes arranged in the second direction and not connected to the first touch routing wiring; and third touch routing wiring that runs in the second direction, and is connected to the touch electrodes not connected to the first touch routing wiring and second touch routing wiring.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
