PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide appropriate data without increasing the capacity of a tag chip in an NFC unit.SOLUTION: In a system, a portable terminal device obtains information from an NFC tag chip mounted on an electronic apparatus via short-range wireless communication between the portable terminal device and the electronic apparatus. The portable terminal device includes: reading means for reading first information from the tag chip in the electronic apparatus; and first writing means for writing second information indicating a request to rewrite information stored in the tag chip in the electronic apparatus into the tag chip in the electronic apparatus. The electronic apparatus includes second writing means for writing third information into the tag chip after the portable terminal device has written the second information into the tag chip in the electronic apparatus. The reading means reads out the third information from the tag chip in the electronic apparatus, and the second writing means rewrites the first information into the tag chip in the electronic apparatus after the third information is read out from the NFC tag chip in the electronic apparatus.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9 |
