PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an offshore wind turbine installation method and an offshore wind turbine installation floating dock that make it possible to install an offshore wind turbine without using a dedicated SEP.SOLUTION: An offshore wind turbine installation floating dock 1 is mainly constituted by a floating dock 3, a frame 5, etc. The floating dock 1 is conventionally used for installing a caisson. The frame 5 is disposed on the floating dock 3. The frame 5 is a part for supporting an offshore wind turbine. A bottom of the frame 5 is fixed on a fixation part 9 of the floating dock 3. A lifting machine 7 is disposed on a top of the frame 5. As the lifting machine 7, a winch or the like, for example, is adopted; a large scale crane or the like is not required. The lifting machine 7 lifts a holding part 19. The holding part 19 is a part for holding an offshore wind turbine 11.
