PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a yarn winding machine which can inhibit the occurrence of failure in capturing of a yarn and yarn breakage upon capturing of the yarn.SOLUTION: A spinning machine 1 includes: an air spinning device 7 for forming a yarn by a swirl flow of air; and a yarn capturing device 27 for sucking and capturing the yarn end of a yarn Y from the air spinning device 7. During a period of performing operation for capturing the yarn end in the yarn capturing device 27, at least one of first operation by the air spinning device 7 and second operation by the yarn capturing device 27 is performed. The first operation is operation for changing an air pressure when the yarn Y is delivered to an outside in the air spinning device 7 from a first air pressure to a second air pressure different from the first air pressure. The second operation is operation for sucking the yarn end at a first suction pressure and then sucking the yarn end at a second suction pressure different from the first suction pressure in the yarn capturing device 27.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 |
