PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve position accuracy of a puncture route for a puncture needle in a surgical operation with a body cavity mirror.SOLUTION: A puncture adapter includes a grip part, an insertion part, and a guide part. The grip part grips an ultrasonic probe inserted into a body cavity. The insertion part is provided with the grip part at one end and is formed in a rod-like shape so that part of the one end side can be inserted into the body cavity. The guide part is formed in the insertion part and guides a puncture needle to the one end side from the other end side. When the ultrasonic probe is gripped by the grip part, a guide route for guiding the puncture needle to a scan surface by the ultrasonic probe is specified.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5A
