<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnet roller molding die and a method of manufacturing the magnet roller, which can reduce manufacturing cost required for replacement of a nesting caused by use of the magnet roller molding die, and have excellent cost performance. <P>SOLUTION: The magnet roller molding die 10 includes: a die body 11; shaft dies 12, 13 connected to ends of the die body 11 respectively to mold shafts of the magnet roller; and a plurality of magnetic force generating means 14 disposed around a hollow portion of the die body 11 and extending in the length direction of the hollow portion. The shaft die 13 includes a reinforcement member 131 to/from which a portion forming the peripheral face of the shaft of the magnet roller is attachable/detachable, and has a structure enabling division into a portion including the reinforcement member 131 and the other portion 132. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
