<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable selective information provision considered to be useful for an information user when providing information from a drive support system. <P>SOLUTION: A drive state data selection unit 130 selects drive state data that resembles the drive state of an information provision target apparatus in a driving condition among drive state data acquired by a communication unit 110. A drive state data evaluation unit 140 evaluates the drive state data selected by the communication unit 110.
