The purpose of the present invention is to provide a fastening device easily fixating a member to be fixated, and a base member of a resin material. The present invention comprises: a burying nut (120) inserted and installed in a penetration hole (a1) of the base member (A) from a lower side of the base member (A); and a bolt (110) inserted into and passing through a penetration hole (b1) of the member to be fixated (B) and screwed to the burying nut (120) from an upper side of the base member (A). According to the fastening device (100), the burying nut (120) comprises: a shaft unit (121) having a cylindrical shape; an inner circumferential side screw unit (122) formed in the inner circumference of the shaft unit (121) and screwed to the bolt (110) inserted, and passes from a front end of the shaft unit (121) towards a base end; and an outer circumferential side screw unit (123) formed in an outer circumference of the shaft unit (121), and screwed to the penetration hole (a1) of the base member. |
