PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for determining a base station installation place taking into account surrounding base station installation situations.SOLUTION: A method for determining a base station installation place is a processing method for a base station installation place determination device. It arbitrarily selects a base station installation place and a communication channel allocated to the place from a plurality of base station candidates associating a plurality of base station installation place candidates, communication channels which can be allocated to the base station installation place candidates, and sections where the communication radio waves of the communication channels reach; and determines another base station installation candidate among candidates excluding other base station candidates interfering with the communication radio wave on the selected communication channel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
