PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binder composition for a secondary battery capable of further improving performances of a secondary battery electrode and a secondary battery.SOLUTION: The binder composition for a secondary battery includes: a particulate polymer; polyether modified polydimethylsiloxane; and water.
