PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing device for toner such that external additives are hardly desorbed even when large-diameter external additives are admixed on toner particle surfaces for improvement in durability, and a toner manufacturing method.SOLUTION: There is provided a processing device 100 for toner that processes a processed object including toner particles and external additives, and the processing device for toner comprises a revolving body which is provided rotatably on a drive shaft 111. The revolving body comprises a processing part 142 having a processing surface which collides against the processed object to process the processed object, the processing surface being formed such that a region, apart from a revolving body main body, of the processing surface is positioned more on a downstream side in a revolving direction of the revolving body than a region closer to the revolving body main body than the region. Here, 160≤(R×N)+(0.115×D1)≤500 holds for a diameter D1 (mm) of a revolution locus at an end of the revolving body farthest from the drive shaft in an outer peripheral direction of the revolving body, a revolving speed R(s) of the revolving body, and the total number N of processing parts.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
