PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow many contributed moving pictures to be reproduced easily as one interesting digest moving picture.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus comprises: moving picture receiving means which receives a moving picture transmitted from a user terminal, in association with a theme identifier for identifying a theme; incidental information acquisition means which acquires incidental information associated with the moving picture; moving picture extraction means which extracts moving pictures with the incidental information meeting a predetermined condition, from among the whole of the moving pictures associated with the identical theme identifier; and moving picture providing means which provides a continuous moving picture of the moving pictures extracted by the moving picture extraction means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
