PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the in-plane uniformity of pixel output without markedly complicating an apparatus constitution with respect to an infrared imaging element and an infrared imaging apparatus.SOLUTION: Plural pixels each comprising a first electrode connected to a common electrode wiring and a second electrode for reading an output are arrayed in the state of a two-dimensional lattice on a semiconductor substrate. A control mechanism automatically detects an output difference between the pixels and gives negative feedback to each pixel, thereby suppressing the output difference between the pixels.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
