PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit occurrence of wear of a lubrication portion to eliminate the need for periodical replacement of components and prevent scattering of a lubrication oil to a truss and a peripheral part.SOLUTION: A lubrication oil removal/recovery device 7 removes a surplus lubrication oil supplied to a footstep chain 1 and recovers the lubrication oil. The lubrication oil removal/recovery device 7 includes: a storage tank 7-3 which is provided at a front shaft 5, to which the footstep chain 1 is connected by a connection part 1A, so as to swing; an inflow body 7-2 which guides a surplus portion (a surplus oil 6) of the lubrication oil supplied to the footstep chain 1 to the storage tank 7-3; an oil discharge port 7-4 for discharging the surplus oil 6 stored in the storage tank 7-3 to an exterior part; and a weight 7-5 provided at the storage tank 7-3 and used to hold the oil discharge port 7-4 to an oil discharge impossible position. The lubrication oil removal/recovery device 7 inclines the storage tank 7-3 and thereby discharges the surplus oil 6, which is guided to the storage tank 7-3 by the inflow body 7-2 to be stored therein, from the oil discharge port 7-4 to recover the surplus oil.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
