<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high relative dielectric constant solid material and a dielectric body having a high relative dielectric constant, and a capacitor type storage battery using the same and having a large capacity per unit volume. <P>SOLUTION: Provided are a high relative dielectric constant solid material comprising a silicon compound which is a silicon compound of at least silicic acid, siloxane and siliconate and which has at least some of the hydroxy group modified with a metal ion by a bond combining an ionic bond and a covalent bond; and a dielectric body and a capacitor type storage battery using the same. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
