PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water heat source outdoor air treatment device capable of using a low power compressor and reducing a change in the temperature of air supplied into an indoor space depending on changes in outdoor air condition.SOLUTION: An outdoor air treatment device 1, which dehumidifies outdoor air OA using a desiccant rotor 15 and supplies the dehumidified outdoor air OA into an air-conditioning target space, comprises a heat pump circuit 12 performing a refrigeration cycle by circulating a refrigerant in an evaporator 30, a compressor 32, a condenser 27, and an expansion valve 26 in this order. The desiccant rotor 15 is rotatably arranged to spread over an air exhaust path 11 and an air feed path 10. The evaporator 30 of the heat pump circuit 12 is arranged downstream of the desiccant rotor 15 in the air feed path 10, and the condenser 27 of the heat pump circuit 12 is arranged upstream of the desiccant rotor 15 in the air exhaust path 11. An after-cooling cooler 33 cooling the air using cold source water in a separate system from the heat pump circuit 12 is arranged between the desiccant rotor 15 and the evaporator 30 in the air feed path 10. |
