<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planar heating element having a good heating characteristic, and excellent flexibility and productivity, and provide a manufacturing method of the planar heating element. <P>SOLUTION: A binder can be reduced and the flexibility can be also maintained by using an electroconductive polymer as a conductive material. An electrode 4 is formed by interweaving conductive paste, preferably metal fibers for a fiber sheet 2 to which conductivity is given, to reduce contact resistance between a power source 6 and a terminal, thereby obtaining a good heating characteristic. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
