1. A photosensitive film comprising a provisional support and a photocurable resin layer, wherein:
the photocurable resin layer contains (A) a white inorganic pigment, (B) a monomer, (C) a binder and (D) a photopolymerization initiator, the photocurable resin layer has a thickness of from 1 to 40 μm, the photocurable resin layer has a content of the white inorganic pigment of from 32 to 50% by mass based on the total solids content thereof, the average particle diameter of primary particles of the white inorganic pigment is from 0.18 to 0.27 μm, and the content ratio B/C of the solids content of the monomer (B) to the solids content of the binder (C) is 0.58 to 0.95. |
