A problem resolution and collaboration supporting system in a BIM environment according to the present invention includes: a program supporting server which supports a designing program to build a three-dimensional designing model for constructing in architecture, architectural space, civil engineering, plumbing, wiring, etc.; an issue registration supporting unit which presents and registers an issue according to the control of a designer with the supported designing program; an issue management server which shares the issue generated and registered in building the three-dimensional designing model and supports the management of the registered issues; a management supporting unit which displays issue details registered by the designer so that the issue details can be monitored and delivers response details to the issue details according to the control of a manager; and an engineer supporting unit which displays the issue details and the response details so that the issue details and the response details can be monitored and presents issue resolution according to the issue details and the response details, according to the control of an engineer. The present invention can support the reduction of a designing period by promptly taking action when the issue occurs.
