PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door opening/closing device that can facilitates an operation for assembling to a vehicle body and suppress an opening of a vehicle body from being large-sized.SOLUTION: A door opening/closing device has a rail module 10 comprising: a guide rail 20 extended along a front-rear direction; a driving device 30 fitted to the guide rail 20; and a support member 40 which is coupled to the other end part of a closing cable 51 having its one end part connected to the driving device 30 and wound around a first pulley 21 provided at one end part of the guide rail 20 and also coupled to the other end part of an opening cable 52 having one end part connected to the driving device 30 and wound around a second pulley 22 provided at the other end part of the guide rail 20 so as to move in an extending direction of the guide rail 20 with driving force supplied from the driving device 30, the rail module 10 being arranged while fastened outside a vehicle body 1 such that a portion of the driving device 30 enters the vehicle body 1 through an opening P1 of the vehicle body 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
