SUCTION TOOL AND VACUUM CLEANER USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suction tool which enables the cleaning of places such as narrow areas and inaccessible depths on a chest of drawers.SOLUTION: A suction tool 7 comprises: a telescopic connection pipe part 8; an articulated part 9 having a plurality of articulations 11; and a suction head 12 connected to the articulated part 9. Each of the articulation 11 has a protrusion 35 at one end side and a bottom groove part 34 at the other end side. The articulated part 9 is structured in such a way that two articulations 11 neighboring to each other are connected on a shank and the two neighboring articulations are combined with the shank as an axis. The protrusion 35 of one articulation 11 of the two articulations 11 is inserted into the bottom groove part 34 of the other articulation 11 to make the articulated part 9 bendable in a stepwise manner, thereby enabling the cleaning of inaccessible places. In addition, the articulation 11 is allowed to rotate over a wider angle while the user is protected from his or her finger being caught in a gap between articulations 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
