PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polarizer protective film that has dynamic strength suitable for a reduction in thickness of a film and can suppress the occurrence of mottled rainbow when used in a liquid crystal display device, a polarizing plate, and a liquid crystal display device using these.SOLUTION: There is provided a polarizer protective film comprising a polyester film having a retardation of 3000 to 30000 nm, where the polyester film comprises a blend polyester including a polyester having ethylene terephthalate as a main component and a polyester having ethylene naphthalate as a main component, and the blend polyester contains 97 to 30 mol% of a terephthalic acid component and 3 to 70 mol% of a naphthalene dicarboxylic acid component based on 100 mol% of the total acid component.SELECTED DRAWING: None
