PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water discharge device capable of changing a flow velocity of shower discharged water while suppressing an internal structure from being complex.SOLUTION: A water discharge device comprises a water discharge device body, a sprinkling plate 210, a packing 400, and a displacement mechanism. The water discharge device body has a water discharge part 120 provided with a water discharge port 122 atop, and allows water supplied from a water source to flow inside and discharges it from the water discharge port 122. The sprinkling plate 210 has a plurality of sprinkling holes 212, 213, and is arranged opposite the water discharge port 120 at a predetermined interval. The packing 400 is arranged between the sprinkling plate 210 and the water discharge port 120, and faces some sprinkling holes 212 among the plurality of sprinkling holes 212, 213. The displacement mechanism displaces the sprinkling plate 210 between a separation position where the sprinkling plate is separated from the packing 400 and an abutting position where the sprinkling plate abuts against the packing 400.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
