PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric actuator device for eliminating electric noise generated in a motor using a shortest channel while avoiding the emission of the electric noise to the outside.SOLUTION: When an EGR valve driving motor 11 and an opening detecting sensor 5 are connected to an electronic control unit 7 via different signal lines 20, 21, an electric filter F is connected to the motor 11 across a case 11a of the motor 11 and a signal line 20 for the motor 11, utilizing the existence of a stay capacitance 11c between the metal case 11a and a winding 11b incorporated in the case 11a. Thus, electric noise generated in the motor 11 flows in a channel (a closed loop) of the signal line 20 for the motor 11 → the electric filter F → case 11a → the stay capacitance MC → a rotor MR → the signal line 20 for the motor 11, and is eliminated using the shortest channel ended in a housing 10 of the device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
