PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of the conventional image processing apparatus in which: when a plurality of images are put together, a false contour may be generated owing to a difference in the number of composite images from an adjacent pixel.SOLUTION: A first image and a second image for image composition are acquired, and a pixel value allocated to a pixel group included in a partial area of the acquired first image and a pixel value allocated to a pixel group which is to be put together with the pixel group, and included in a partial area of the second image are compared with each other. A composition ratio of pixels included in the area of the second image is calculated based upon the comparison result, and the pixels included in the respective areas of the second image are weighted based upon the calculated composition ratio to put the first image and the second image together. |
